Russ Wheeler – Sales Manager
The MW Broadcasting sales team is headed by Russ Wheeler, Director of Sales. Russ brings over three decades of sales, marketing, training and human resource experience to the MW Broadcasting team. A lifetime lover of radio, Russ has long been an advocate for the power of radio in influencing your purchasing decision.
Russ moved to Winslow from the New York area 16 years ago after falling in love with New England as an undergraduate student at Norwich University in Vermont. He now resides on a small farm in Winslow with his wife Diane, daughter Emily and their border collie Gracie.

Windy Dubay – Account Executive
Windy joined the sales team in the fall of 2011.
She brings extensive marketing and business development expertise largely acquired in the field of fiance. Windy's unique approach to business and marketing helps separate her clients from their competition.
Born and raised in Waterville Windy now resides in Norridgewok with her husband Andy, daughter Taylor and German Shepard, Zeppelin.

Steve Colella – Account Executive/On Air Personality
Steve started working in radio in 1979 and has been at it with various radio stations throughout Maine ever since.
Steve's 30-plus years in radio has allowed him to forge business relationships and personal friendships that have flourished for decades. A member of the MW Broadcasting team since 2007, Steve brings extensive experience and local knowledge to his clients.
A recognizable voice, Steve hosts the "Cruising with Colella" afternoon drive show on our sister station, 93.5 True Oldies (www.935trueoldies.com). He currently resides in Waterville.

Randy Phair – Local Sales Manager/Account Executive
A local guy and Cum Laude graduate of Thomas College, Randy has enjoyed a career of over 30 years in sales and management.
Randy has represented Hersey Chocolate and Verizon, as well as operating his own grocery business. He has also operated a mobile disc jockey service entertaining all over the state of Maine. His experience and commitment to customer service has made him an asset to his clients.
Randy lives in Oakland with his wife of 38 years Chris. They have two children, Nicole and Jeff.

Half of "The Morning Mix", our flagship AM drive show on Mix 107.9, Tanya also plays a key role on the MW Broadcasting marketing team.
Tanya brings the same enthusiasm and tenacity to her clients that she brings to the airways. Born right here in Central Maine, Tanya has an extensive knowledge of the local business climate, nurtured by her background with the local chamber of commerce, and in the banking industry.
Tanya and her husband Chris currently reside in Winslow with their beloved pups Lilli and Gabe.

Emily grew up in Maine, attending the Winslow school system. After living in Rhode Island for a short time, she realized she wanted to make Central Maine her home.
Emily has over 6 years of sales and marketing experience working in Central Maine. She offers clients a unique experience with her friendly and energetic personality. She's always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.
Emily lives on a farm in Winslow with her Boston Terrier Lily.
